Mark Ingram is easily the top running back in the 2011 NFL Draft but he's not perfect. Andrew Garda shows you the good and bad with some Bama/Auburn game footage.

  • For everyone's info - I'm totally fine with differences of opinion and disagreeing with me. This was my first - and not close to my best - draft video. So I'm totally cool with the people who disagree. @alanduncan1 for example. I'm not even going to say he's wrong. But if you are a race baiting, name calling, bigot, you will get your ass blocked and banned. So for the cheap seats: disagreement = good, productive , helpful. Name calling = childish. TIA

  • Saints!!!!!!!!!!

  • @JerkFace62 YES. Great fit for him. Bush will be around (although he may have to take a pay cut) while the oft-injured Pierre Thomas is likely getting dumped. We'll still see some Ivory. But if Ingram's knee is healthy - and he cleared medical - it's a helluva fit!

  • Good back

  • ingram

  • you have to consider the fact that he had a bum knee that WHOLE year no one talked about it but he wasn't back to full strength til Michigan St. he definitely didn't have his breakout speed last year

  • @jonny2736 He's saying that Ingram isn't an elite back like AP because he doesn't have elite speed. Makes sense to me....anyone who thinks Ingram is in the class of Peterson or Chris Johnson just doesn't know football.

  • Put some glasses on that guy at the start, and take off about 20lbs and there's no way that's not Ruxin.

  • ARE U SERIOUS!!! YOUR SAYING HE'S NOT AN ELITE BACK BECAUSE OF ONE FUMBLE??? OR BECAUSE HE DIDNT RUN AS FAST as he could?? okay

  • @synergy5 Real talk, he doesn't lack speed either. He won't burn people in a straight footrace, but since he hits his top speed so rapidly, elite acceleration, has great feet, and balance...I bet he has as many 30+ yard runs as anyone else in the league. Including CJ2K.

  • sure he may lack speed, but he makes up for it in everything else

  • I feel Ingram is very comparable to Emmitt Smith, who became the all time leading rusher. Emmitt didn't have what was considered elite speed in the open field, but he did have his fair share of 40 plus yard runs, and was a elite RB for over 7 seasons. Ingram has exceptional balance, and that good initial burst that Emmitt had as well. I feel Ingram does have a chance to be an elite back for the next number of years. Great offense in N.O., and he could approach 15 TD's his rookie year.

  • @dieotomic I really can't respond to someone who can't even spell INGRAM correctly. I'm sure Ngram is a great runner. Also - not a kid. Thanks!
