Google Viola D'amore and you'll soon find makers. They aren't really 'production' made from what I understand except for the ones on ebay... I one day would love one of these also but I think my Violin skills need to be a few thosand times better before I begin contemplating investing in such an elite/expensive/difficult instrument.

I'm not much of a fan of Romantic Period music but his playing touches my heart so... especially from 3:58 onwards... haaaaaaay..... :>
