@djda99 Couldn't have said it better myself. Religion was probably a lie made up by someone so as to maintain SOME order in an otherwise fucked up world; but we tend to be better people now (at least those who reject that shit) and it is obsolete.

what the christian religious right don't realize is that their are other people in this country, with different beliefs then theirs. and just bc they think their way is the right way doesnt make it the AMERICAN way!...what they don't realize is that by placing their christian beliefs into our laws they are in a sence creating a oppressive government... A THEOCRACY!...but i know, the southern baptist types cant think much further from their own front yards.

Palin is right about one thing, Thomas Jefferson wanted to protect peoples right to worship. The only way to do that is to separate the government from religion. When government becomes too chummy with religion people are oppressed, and often they die at the hands of that government. Palin wants to take this country back to 1775.
