@MegaRobin321 Then according to your logic it should have never been repealed because it was against the law before '72. DOMA should not be repealed by Obama and Clinton should have never introduced DADT and should have left the ban of Homosexuals in the military alone.

@marco171180 What happened to the first amendment? You know James Madison, also called the Father of the Constitution, once said: "We have staked the whole of all our political Institutions upon the capacity of mankind for Self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to The Ten Commandments of God." If you don't like that then go to the Middle East and practice Sharia Law or something.
