@YXAznXY I don't have a Holga, but all 120 film is the same length; 12 or 16 depends on how your camera is set up. Holgas can shoot 12 square images or, with a matte frame inserted in to your camera, 16 frames that are a bit shorter in height.

when you get the 120 film developed can you get single photos on single prints or can you only get the film developed to like scan in your computer? cos i heard something about sprocket holes and that meaning you can't get single prints in professional labs or something? :S

@YXAznXY it depends on the size of the frame you chose to use, if you're using the 6x6 frame it will allow you to take only 12 exposures, but if you choose the 4.5x6 frame, you can fit up to 16 exposures on your film... I prefer the 6x6 because part of the charm of an Holga is it's square-shaped pictures.

when i bought my holga 120 cfn i got a free 120 mm film but how do i know if it has 12 or 16 frames??

why put tape on it? light leaks are the only reason people actually use this camera. no 2 photographs are the same
