Alice program - Defense of Castle Attilion (Defeat)

This is my first video on YouTube! So exciting!

This is my final project for my Alice programming class. It is called "Defense of Castle Attilion". It is a turn-based RPG battle, inspired by the Final Fantasy videogame series, that simulates the defense of Castle Attilion from the forces of darkness. Combat alternates between the heroes and the villains and the battle ends once either the enemy party or the ally party is defeated.

King Attilion's most powerful fighters, Levial the Emerald Valiant, Syraggon the Crimson Valiant and Nericross the Pyromage engage in fierce combat against the Hellknight Venypir and the Dark Dragon
Ulveneth.

This particular scene shows the heroes being defeated at the hands of the enemy. I will also post a "Victory" version of this program as well.

I hope you all enjoy the movie! I composed the music myself into MIDI format and combined them into one audio file. Took me a long time to make and the coding was messy, let me tell you. Good thing I put comments everywhere!

NOTE: I originally made my program in Alice 2.2 but it kept crashing. I had to revert to Alice 2.0 for the program to work properly.

Ya but everytime I do that on my thing, I stop the recording and my screen goes all funky and the whole thing blinks random colors and I cant make it stop so I have to reboot it, and I try again. Same thing.

@CuteyErin1 Random colors when stopped? Sounds like a display or rendering issue to me. Hmm, what recording software do you use? Perhaps you may want to contact their support team.

@CuteyErin1 I used CamStudio, set up a capture area of my window and started recording over top of it. I played my Alice world, then I pressed the record button.

@BottemlessClip Yeah, I made the dragon very difficult on purpose so it kind of felt like fighting a high-HP dragon from Final Fantasy. This dragon, Ulveneth, has 5000 HP hehe.
