Cleveland's St. Clair-Superior neighborhood is going to the dogs. Actually, it's a new campaign to attract people into the area that has everyone "barking." We'll explain how the Year of the Dog is playing out in Cleveland. But looking at that lead us into a bigger story, regarding the impact Asian owned business have in Cuyahoga County and Northeast Ohio? It's probably a lot stronger than you would think. Rick Jackson goes to Cleveland's St. Clair Superior Neighborhood, where Asian businesses are not just growing in number, but thriving, and are now attracting residential and retail business as well.
