Good stuff Dakota! This is the first time I have heard of this leader, he is very interesting. You said he led some Sisseton, was he a chief of the Sisseton Wahpeton Dakota Nation.

Thanks! I could only find that he was a chief of the Cuthead band of Ihanktowana Dakota. I think that his charisma pulled at some of the Sissetowan and Wahpetowan similiar to how how Sitting Bull's pulled at the rest of the Lakota Nation. Only I'm inclined to think that The Charger was the more charismatic and dominant of the two from what I could find on him.
