Hi there!!! So I have been hearing that I need to eat more to get past this plateau. I eat right, do Taebo, Insanity, and a bunch of other stuff. Im getting married in April and I want to lose 20 lbs. Ive lost 80 so far but I want to be extra sexy for my wedding. But eating more sounds crazy. Can you give me some quick info to drop this 20. Going to follow your meal plan for sure but any other tips would be sooooo much appreciated!

@nairobiricketts My best advice is to buy the @EatCleanDiet book and follow cooler 1 a week a before your wedding!

what do you recomend as a diet plan...i train everyday...two days of the week are just for cardio the rest is weight training...yet i still cant shift any body fat..as vain as it sounds its the difference between a six pack and a great six pack!!! i realy do need someone to lay it out in front of me in lamens terms and i can just stick to it...can you help?? i love your dedication..plus your seriously hott!! haha
