Protein is a nutrient that is essential for life. Animal-derived protein such as meat, fish, milk and eggs provides the body with essential amino acids that are required for life, but are not produced by the body and MUST BE EATEN Plant-derived protein such as nuts and beans are "incomplete proteins" they are lacking in one or more of these essential amino acids. I'm turning vegan. It's not a problem to me though, I have delicious indian food stuffed to the brim with vegetables :D IT'S CALLED SPICES BABY! LOTUS STEMS AND OKRA! BOO YAH! And I freaking bawled through this entire video. I wish they didn't treat those animals like that. This video should be on the news. Make it breaking news, like a tornado alert or something.
