i agree, this video is fantastic.
nothing else shows how fast it grew and how large it became. knowing the area im shocked more people weren't killed.

Having been in the Cedar Fire, it's hard for me to explain to my friends just how big this fire was. This wasn't just a bigger than average wild fire off in a country canyon somewhere. This was epic! It nearly burned into the San Diego metropolitain area itself. It's scary how big and how fast this fire moved. I've tried showing pictures to friends, but this animation paints a clear picture of exactly what happened. Thank you for posting this. I think it rocks! ^^
