Thinking Like a Trainer Part I

Purpose: To teach trainers the four quadrants of operant conditioning, extinction, and how to recognize the quadrants when they see them.
Course Info :Thinking Like a Trainer students will learn about the language used to describe the theory behind operant learning and how to recognize what they are seeing.
Course Length: Approximately 2 hour webinar with 1 assignment, 3 quizzes and a final exam.
