  • most in-patient therapists are clueless when it comes to passive rom exercises, based on my personal experience, due to the fact they are inadequately trained and they really don't give a shit

  • The AMA recommends electro-motor stimulation (EMS) of the shoulder to prevent shoulder dislocation. The weight of the arm should also be supported with a sling to prevent dislocation, but passively exercised to maintain range of motion (ROM). His shoulder care is being grossly mismanaged!
