    So it isn't underrated?

  • Hero to Society.

  • when people get sick they deserve alil bit help,,,,,,,SICK=HELP,,,,,SICK=HELP,,,,IM NOT GONNA BURY MA SON,,,,

  • Best scene ever!!!!!

  • Go on, all you old-movie purists, laugh at me.

But personally I found THIS scene to be MUCH better than the "Attica!! Attica" scene in "Dog Day Afternoon" because John was fighting for something RIGHTEOUS; the right of an innocent child to live.

In fact, I call this scene "How Attica Attica SHOULD have been like."

  • HERO if he backed down he would be a coward and would have let his son die.

  • It is never and ever hard to be a man...ever!..but unfortunately it is so dam easy to be less than a man,

  • i would rather died for my children to live

  • @PhoenixOpenProject Havent you figured it out yet? In reality the POLICE ARE THE TERRORISTS.

  • This is only a movie, but reality shows _zero_ mercy. Terrorist or Hero? In the police's eyes, John Q is a terrorist who will reach his inevitable demise -- shot and killed.

I don't really know exactly how the health care system is down in the U.S. but it's surely ain't great up here in Canada.

I heard on the radio yesterday that the average waiting time for a surgery continues to climb over the past decade. The avg waiting time went up by 0.8 wks from '10 to '11; on average 4.5 to 5 mths
