I create plasma by superheating carbon (CO2) from the burning paper (fuel source), and oxygen and creating plasma. I also ionize the gasses, and the electrons become so energized that they split (seperate) from the atoms from at which they originated.

If a fire is hot enough to ionize the gaseous components, it can become a plasma.

The fire was hot enough because I forced microwaves through the gaseous components.

This is also terrestrial plasma and not atrificial because I chose a flame and its bi-products to ionize.
