You can try emptying out all the butane in the chamber by pressing down on where you refill it. Then refill it, being sure to use high quality butane like Vector. I have no idea why, but blowing into the hole where you can see the heated element seems to fix the problem whenever mine is being finicky.

My iolite turns on and I hear the noise it makes but when I press the button the light doesn't come on? Any ideas on why
