lol i never knew Newars don't like other Nepalis.... in Assam India..and other North East Indian States. we know each other by Gorkhali/Nepali..and r united....in fact my Aunt Married a Pradhan and her daughter married a Rai. i don't know why people hate each other... ??? every one is unique so respect each other culture and also ur own.
