Mr. Tewelde Redda was/is/will be one of the greatest artists Eritrea has ever produced. He helped and encouraged many Eritrean artists to develop their musical talents, to mention a few such as the legend Teberh (may she rest in peace) and Tsehaytu and many others. He was the first man to modernized Kirar with electric amplifiers.
Mr. Tewelde Redda is our legend; we have to thank him for his contribution to Tigrinya traditional music’s by playing the guitar.

In 1970 Tewelde Redda took Tsehaytu Beraki to Addis for a recording her songs with modern play.She use to sing ab enda sewa bikrar u feel me ata sebay wishate . U think u r proud of your Eritriansim?
