  • yea ive also torn mine and had a chunk removed bwt 4yrs ago nw n it hurt like hell.

    pretty much took me a year to come right with physio, resistance training and cycling. but still to this day its never neen the same again.

  • How long did it take for you to get running again? Active....some folks have been telling me that it took them 6 months to a year
