@RenmarStriff I feel you do have a point, yet in the Golden Age of Berserk, it was the "better" times. In a sense, since it is all a flashback, I always felt it was Gutts looking back and remembering the better days. I feel the dark and gritty parts should come with the leaving of Gutts, the capture of Griffith and the Eclipse, that's when everything goes into turmoil and despair. That would be a fine point to start the gritty nature. The Golden Age, not so much in my opinion.

Holy fucking shit, since I was a little girl, Berserk has been my favourite anime / manga, I can't wait for this :) Their voice actors are different from what I remember, though.

They show the happier times (more or less) in this trailer, but in the Eclipse shit will hit the fan. I really hope they didn't make the Eclipse PG
