One Simple Wish traveled to Washington, DC on February 16, 2012 to get a jump start on raising money for a very special wish. Sam has been in foster care his entire life. But he hasn't let that, or cerebral palsy, keep him from a positive attitude. Sam is wishing for a new handicap accessible van and we want to make it come true.
