There is alot of dialog at this part in the game so I had to split it up into 4 parts. 1st part has the battle against Deus and the aftermath. Part 2 has more story with Krelian and Fei's battle against Urobolus. Parts 3 and 4 have animated scenes and part 4 has the end credits.

@PkmnMegahero No, this game's popularity has nothing to do with TVTropes articles, bro. I like the Lunar games as well and in those games they can't shut up about how powerful and benevolent humanity is.

I laugh at Capcom now a days because they are loosing money. They are scrambling around trying to figure out what they are doing wrong. They run to their precious Resident Evil and MVC3 for salvation but all they have to do is look back and see the great games they made back then. Games like this and Parasite Eve and so many others that came out in this era. CAPCOM WE WANT MORE LIKE THIS!

I played a lot of rpgs in the psx..most of them FF saga and others..I played this one just a few days ago and god damn this is the REAL F***ing Fantasy, great story, combat, music everything is so god damn good it's amazing this game is shadowed by FFVII O.O

Best game ever, amazing history amazing is short for this masterpiece.

I don't wanna piss anyone off, but I've heard that Xenogears' story is relentlessly cynical, depressing, grim and/or sad. Lots of people compare it to Neon Genesis Evangelion. Lots of you folks say that the story is great if not the greatest of all JRPGs. But let me ask you something, is it because 'true art is angsty'?

Don't you all believe that a story can be great even if the plot is very optimistic and idealistic (with some grim moments, of course)? I mean, what about Gurren Lagann?
