Today is Day 14 of my journey to a healthy new me. Today was yet another busy day, and I spent less time with Neko (my new pup), but still enough time. Chris and I went shopping for sugar-free candy (because I am addicted to sweets and I don't want to chance eating lots of candy and sugar-rich foods) as well as so additional workout items.

Today, I also had sushi... my favorite!!! Tomorrow, I introduce new fruits and veggies into my diet and I look forward to going shopping at the local Whole Paycheck (oh, I mean Whole Foods... lol).

  • Gotta eat to lose! Start a light workout program.. Like walking.. Need more protein in your diet man.. Cut the cereal out.. eat oatmeal.. This looks like one of those starvation diets.. Your gonna get bigger when you start eating regular again.. Check my page in the nutrition section.. Take a look at all the options man.. You can eat.. just have to eat the right stuff..

    Trust me, I am not starving myself. I started out doing that and realized the first day it wasn't for me. I appreciate the link you sent... and I definitely will check out your nutrition page. And I definitely do not want to gain weight once I've done all of this work to lose it!!! Thanks for your help!

  • You have to really really really get the eating portion down homes.. If you don't get that down, it's a waste of time.. I'm no nutritionist.. But i'm tellin you, you really have to educate yourself on the foods you can eat and the foods you can't eat..
