Most tutorials I've seen were either boring or not helpful. This was the opposite of those two.

would it be easier or harder rig a head if it's sculpted?
i'm guessing it would be harder because i don't have the inside of the mouth

Well, all you would have to do is apply the multi-res and make a hole for the eyes and create the inside of the mouth.
Plus I only use sculpt mode when I am
making fine adjustments in my model. (this is before I make any shape keys)
Another problem I could see is, your model would have horrifically poor edge flow that would make it a pain in the ass to create shape keys(That is assuming you modeled your mesh from a cube) I hope this answers you question.

Thanx so much for the tutorial but Im not sure if its because I have Blender 2.47 but when I press ctrl-C I dont see Copy Rotation only Local Rotation and Visual Rotation.:(

Are you pressing CTRL+ALT+C? This is the hotkey sequence that opens the constraint selections.
