I feel guilty when I downloaded musics or videos that don't belong to me.

That is because the Spirit has convicted you of sin. It says in John 16:8 that the Spirit "will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment". If you confess and repent of your sin then you will be forgiven just as it says in 1 John 1:9.
