Piscataqua Productions videographers Stephan Smith and David Hallowell lit up Market Square in Portsmouth, NH and shot the 2009 Portsmouth Halloween Parade, which featured 80 dancers performing the dance from Michael Jackson's "Thriller" video.
The dance was organized by Tara Sullivan, and featured Stacie Paradis as Michael.
