Dr. Perry starts his journey into learning Indian Clubs. See me start learning my first movement based on the DVD from Brett Jones, Gray Cook and Dr. Ed Thomas. One of my new favorite workouts and awesome for shoulder and t-spine mobility and neural programming.

  • If i build muscle around my knees will it keep pain away? I have flat feet and fallen arches so my ankles really annoy me too...I'm 17 but when i was about 13 and lower i was like the "star" good at every sport and everything. Now i cant even walk home...Every one thinks i'm lying because my upper body is all built up muscle. Please help me man. This looks hard to do lol

  • @SwayzeDre Building muscle around the knee typically will not help the knees all the much. it helps, but not by much. Need foot arch supports, check the movement in your ankle and I can pretty much bet your hips don't move well. Fix the hips and the knee will come around. now you have a direction to look in.
