Drew Ryan Scott singing for Sterling Knight in the movie Starstruck

i own none of this. credit goes where credit is due.

This is now old news but here it goes! Sterling Knight sung only the song Starstruck on the Starstruck soundrack. The rest of the songs sung by 'Christopher Wilde' were Drew Ryan Scott's vocals. Sterling has already admitted this on his twitter. It wasn't exactly like they were hiding it or anything. His name was on the back of the soundtrack and in the credits for the Starstruck movie. Sterling said it was done this way because he did not have enough time to do the other songs, because he was signed on to the movie late. It was actually going to be that Cody Linley kid, but he backed out at the last second.

This is a guy from Varsity Fanclub, who's name is David I believe, due to some comments. Sorry, I'm not familiar with this band xD

@love22395, Yes Sterling Knight CAN sing, but what this nice young gentleman is trying to say is that all the songs on the CD that are sung by christopher wilde are actually sung by Drew Ryan Scott. Sterling sung starstruck, and he did do a good job of it. but nobody is accusing him of being a horrible singer.

Guys it is true get over it just because you like sterling or whatever, he only sang one freaking song get over it! Gosh who cares, why would David lie about that? He has no reason to, he'd just make himself look stupid

OMG!! wow im so delayed (starstruck aired months later in australia) but ahh i can't believe it was drew ryan scott!! i freaking knew it!! ive been listening to the starstruck album for months and everytime i hear it im like wow that's so drew, how does sterling sound like him?! and i never looked it up till now (i dunno why i took so long to search it, i guess i just thought it was a crazy coincidence). im like freaking out!!

@AbsoluteEpicFailure and @jesselovelyred it was confirmed on his twitter apperently he said he didnt have enough time to learn the songs because he took cody linely's spot 4 days before recording....But he did sing Star Struck with Drew Ryan Scott singing background only
