He passed away do to a blockage in his airway.

He had been battling many illments since 1999 when he had a tumor removed from his brain. He since passed away 6 hours after his son's birthday; cause of death a blockage of mucus in the airway.

I worked with Albert for many years at the Jefferson County Corrections Department. We had some great times together, he was a good man and he is missed greatly.
