I am just curious, did you used to smoke real cigarettes or did you start e-cigs, because you are 18, so I don't get how you could have used to smoke a lot or anything

It's up to you man. I'd recommend getting 2 magma 510 battery, an m-pack and charger, and 2 vapor toker lite atomizers, which will cost less initially, and feel better. All you have to do is properly maintain your e-cig shit and you won't have to buy more parts. But i'll be honest, it's a little tricky if your new to e-cigs. But i plan on making a video on how to maintain your e-cig perfectly when I have the time, once you get the hang of it, it's really easy.

Lastly, the carts they give you kind of suck, unless you blue foam modify them.
It's just a big hassle to deal with. And they're more expensive, but on the good side, they always replace your shit when it breaks down, or so i've heard. With my volcano, they don't replace SHIT. So it's a definite plus for dream e-cigs

Carts are old school buy some 510 boge polyfill cartomizers. You can get them like anywhere. I guarantee you'll like them more than carts.

Can you? I didn't think that you could, since you cant take the cart part off the atomizer.
