@dukeuke1 This song's from an album called "This is Janis Joplin 1965", it was released by James Gurley. It's a collection of acoustic recordings with electric instruments added over. It doesn't appear as though the album is available in shops though it can be downloaded from various sites. The original recordings are on another bootlegged album called "Blow All My Blues Away 1962-1968"

Is this song available on CD version???

This is the best version of Codine that I heard. Next on the list would be the Wizards From Kansas, but Janis tops them all.
I dig Codeine.

@wanderer1031 wanderer, about your comment, about no regrets of using substances, I can say likewise, just wish that those weedy substances had been made legal before i did the jail time for them, but as you say, no regrets
god damn. it ain't no joke bout them substances that rob you of the happiness and joy you once knew as a child. hard to see at first, but plain as day after its too late. oh well fuck it. fuck it all. no regrets. stay gold. peace. its strange to miss someone you never knew, but thats how i feel about janis.
