Alex Kozinski, a Federal Judge in the 9th District, L.A., has put out a memo, to the effect that "perhaps" federal Judges should allow Cameras in Court. Actually they did once over 4 years ago, when California was at a crisis due to lawsuit, about the varying county election vote systems. It was the wrong lawsuit, that was heard, but the point here, is that Cameras WERE in Court broadcasting LIVE
TV coverage of the IN BANK fully 9th District hearing.
You can see here, there are more than 3 federal judges
questioning Mr. Tribe. The Lawsuit that should have been brought, and was sidelined on technicalities, was whether the DIABOLD type vote scanning could be hacked. We NOW know it can be,
has been, and will be hacked to give false results and put in power people who were NOT honestly elected. This is relavant dictum, but not the point here. There is a Lawsuit of greater importance rotting on the desk of Federal Magistrate Brennen in Sacramento since December 2008, which would if approved, restore, a 30,000 or less state assembly district, which would make it
viable for the "common man" to win seats in the state Assembly again, instead of just the lobbyists and dishonest lawyers. We the economics of the Nation being destroyed blatantly, and Wall street robbing the people openly, with
Congressional nail bidding and inaction, the U.S. Senate
stands in the way of saving the Republic from Civil WAR.

With a enriched State Assembly, numering in excess of 1200, with a different no-none-sense approach, House reps and U.S. Senators could be recalled and replaced, with Constitutionally leaning "common men" and the Republic restored to the Constitution. Nothing less than that is at stake. or we lose it all with a
civil war which will scar the land for a century, like the last one.

  • It is the judges that should be judged first. The separation of power of the Judiciary from excecutive and legislative was not meant to be for the existance of diabolical tyrant but for the protection from it.

  • thanks, I wish they had dealt with the Diabolt VOTE SCAMMing machines, which can flip the vote.

  • Hilarious

The so called Justice system in america

is a Fraud a corrupt institution

Specifically on the east coast in southern states like Maryland

    The judges take payoffs

    from defendants all the time

    the system should be overhauled!

  • Sad but true,

  • See: "Democracy Hacked"

  • Has anyone been caught red handed rigging any computer type voting machine?

I know it can be done, but so far it seems to be more rumor and speculation,

I know for a fact that California weights and measures caught and prosecuted gas stations that had rigged gas pump computers to cheat consumers, so yes rigging a machine is possible!

  • Yes. and in Ohio, 2 elections officials INTENTIONAL destroyed

election materials required by law to be kept for a period, they were convicted of minor charges, one left ohio for San Diego

and got a job in elections office there.

  • well said, well done.... Camera should always be allowed in PUBLIC COURTS.

  • YES, YES, have you told your own County Supervisors yet?

  • Hi again William, I've made a note of the above, and will be checking it out too. Thank you for doing the great job you are doing. 5*****'s for all the wonderful work you do.

  • UnoRaza, I 100% agree with you regarding how you'd like to see the votes continue if they need continue at all. I think we've grownt to a point where we no longer need these politicians 5*****'s for William for posting, and 5*****'s for you for posting such a good comment.

  • 1) Paper Ballots

    2) Manual Counts

    NO 'COMPUTER RIPOFFS'

  • I think the old system where you select the candidate you want to vote for and then put a check mark after his/her name would be the best way to vote, they could insist on people bringing id with them. I know it would be alot safer than voting via computers. Great Post William, 5*****'s and favoured.
