Your dogs are beautiful. Tell me, are they not allowed to live in the house with you? Do they get out of that garage often?

Actually, more recent scientific studies have concluded that raising food/water dishes doesn't prevent bloat at all. However, small meals and no strenuous activity before/after eating are both still good. :) (Researched this myself and had verified by my vet. I have a great dane too.)

You are not suppose to let your Dane eat off the ground their stomic can roll over and they can die. i know this because i have a great dane and if u dont know that u shouldn't have one

Thanks for the tip... This was a one time event. My Danes are 6 and 4 and haven't had an issue with bloat, which is the problem you you were referring to. Appreciate the concern...
