Since I'm practicing these series I vary the different routines and I see good results, not just in my body but in the energy I have for the rest of the day.

On the leg beats, I feel it more on the top leg than the bottom. Any suggestions? Granted, I am a beginner.

I have been following this series consistently for over two weeks and I have seen dramatic changes in my body. I try to switch it up each day with the various segments. I am finding that each time I do Pilates I become a little more familiar with the the movements and how to execute them a little more accurately. I have been following a regular workout routine for over a year now and doing Pilates has visibly been the most effective part of it yet. I highly recommend!
