The only real example I can find is in 2009 when Hamas tried to use them against the IDF, but seemed to be either duds or the IFF (Identity friend or foe) made them useless.

not true. what about when russia tried to invade afghanistan, they had the advantage of helicopters and still those ragheads were handing those russian ground troopers their ass'. Ironicly America supplied them with SAM's which they used against us as well.
