Dearly Riffs: Fallout PSA (With Powerpup97)

Here is an idea which spawned into my head as I was watching, MST3K & Rifftrax.

After checking out their FAQ guide, they suggested that the best items to Riff on, were Public Domain Films (Such as "Mr. Bungle Goes To Lunch"), So here is the fruits of our idea.

It wouldn't be a fun Riff too, if it was done alone, so I offered Powerpup97 to join me in this Riff.

Where we learn that Fallout is as simple as protecting yourself from a Tornado...Did we mention it's a 1950 Cold War PSA?

I also wanted to put the Sihlouettes of our Dalmatians on it, like MST3K, however I don't have the editing equipment at this moment. ^^;

Also, this is a Public Domain Film, so It' should be alright for me to use it.
Used under fair use of Observation, Comment & Critcism.

Yes, The Three Million Years Line, Is a reference to Red Dwarf, as that's how long to took the Radition to reach a Safe Level. ;3
