Mugen 75: Gil & Ki VS Master Hand

Gil, if you've played Namco's arcade game "Tower of Druaga", is the knight you use to go through 60 ludicrously hard levels to save Ki. There was an Anime and then a newer version of the Arcade game is out on ROM emulators. Frankly this game was my favorite among Namco Museum III, so I just had to get the Mugen character for it. Gil may only have one jump and not a whole lot of sword moves, but he can summon skeletal minions, throw oil which causes an explosion, and has a Special Move making a magical giant purple lance out of his sword (costs 1,000). With Ki, she can do things like thunder, ice, a giant fire explosion, and also does a devastating Heat aura around Gil making you charge at the enemy with killer force. She can also heal you at no power cost.

Master hand, as we all know, is famous as the last battle in pretty much every Super Smash Bros game.
