Yea im old school and like old style traks flat turns and all. I was skeptical bout paved turns to but give em a chance there ok if you gotta big double or tripple into the turn you got less Chance of washing out in the berm. You keep ur speed coming in and can power out!! Just gotta try it BMX is ever revolving gotta grow wit sport bro. I'm still not into the clip on pedals cuz it only gives u torque the first crucial pedals out the gate! I mght try someday see what the hype is all

I don't like the asphalt paved turns on the newer tracks. Never been on one, but looks like a bad idea from an injuries perspective. Dirts is softer and lets you slide rather than abrade!

But lazy track owners don't want to have to keep grooming the dirt all the time.
