  • It takes hard work and determination. How long has the body building journey been so far? What type of exercises would you suggest for leg strengthening, stretching, and definition?

  • @ibyl ...my journey has gone through phases from TRack & filed to running.....outdoor fitness....NOW seriously with the weights I've been on and off for about 3 years..and ya know its the Mentality that changes...I feel stronger...I want to push for excellence.....so the journey continues~ Legs--> weights dumbells lunges, walking lunges, in place (stationary lunges) squats, leg extensions (go hard on that) that gives that defintion! Also leg press machine! My favs are SQUATS, LUNGES!!!
