The run-off and siltation from this kind of Golfing land use will kill the reefs and end all of those nice dive images. Kiss "pristine" goodbye. Come to Roatan and destroy it. Nicely done. Hopefully, it will be like most Roatan developements- a black hole of money that never gets built out. Oh- I'm sure you'll cut the trees, slash and burn, tear out the mangroves. Then it will stop dead. Live with the island, not against nature.
