  • So jealous of your kitchen! My dough is rising right now. We like to spread it out on a greased cookie sheet then flip it onto the hot grill! When one side is toasty, I flip it over, cover with warmed toppings, and shut the grill lid. Summer Pizza! It's not always pretty but it sure tastes good.

What a great method for using a outdoor grill. I must try it myself.

  • Excellent video... I've worked at a pizza company for many years and I can tell that would taste so yummi.. Good post. Thank you.

Thanks for the comment, it's greatly appreciated.

  • Thank you so much for this video! I set my computer on the counter and watched it as I followed your instructions. It was the best pizza I ever made. I have one question... I found it so hard to stretch it out, as it keeps shrinking back, which it didn't seem to do for you. Would you have any suggestions for this? Thank you!!!!

Roll out the dough as much as you can. With clenched fists lift the dough over your fists and carefully stretch and pull. If it still doesn't fit the cookie sheet, with oiled fingers stretch the dough. It doesn't need to fit the cookie sheet completely but do you best to get a good fit. Let me know if this helps. Thanks for the lovely comment.

  • When can I come around for a slice? It looks good and you are a very nice lady.Greetings from Australia!

  • That looks delicious!

  • Yep that looks yummy I have to try making pizzas because I love them so much. Thank you Mary good Job

  • Thanks for the video dear. I have been using my food processor to make pizza dough for a few year now. It works great. Pizza is the best way to use up left over veggies and cheese we tend to accumulate in the fridge.

I love your olive oil pot/jug dispenser, it's very cool. Keep up the good work.

  • Great video I have to try it out your pizza looks delicious.

  • I've been making my dough in our Zojurushi bread machine. Works fine...but this dough...can't wait to try it in the Cuisinart. Going high heat 550 -4 minutes on a pizza stone. You are invited, Ms. Mary.
