This looks good; much better than my early LEGO animations!
As for improving, I would suggest you have the minifigures' arms move when they walk, so it will look more smooth. There are a lot of animation tutorials on Youtube you can check out.
Also, what camera do you use? It looks okay, but if you want a camera that can is really easy to focus with and to keep still during animating, I would suggest you get a Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000.
