You people are stupid. Diet and hard work were the key rolls to his success. Take out peds you can still be a great athlete. Take out diet and hard work. not a chance. Lance was tearing it up in tri's then cycling before he took peds. then had to adapt to the level of competition. ALL top million dollar athletes have to adapt and take peds. You think evolution happens that fast and is causing world records to be broken every Olympics. dream on

Oh goodness me... and I'm guessing Michael Phelps is all clean too.... people are so fucking naive...

When its a choice of GUARANTEED PERFORMANCE and MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FAME/WOMEN ETC ETC... and your only choice is to take a performance enhancer (just like your bodybuilder mates oh and also Yohan Blake (who was suspended before... Allister Overeem).. lets not mention european soccer players...

I think its an easy choice... you people expect super human performances without drugs. DREAM ON.

He sure would have flourished in a special competition for drugstore visitors who drive racing bicycles, but such a compatition doesn't exist. SO BUGGER OFF WITH YOUR MISERABLE ATTEMPT TO REHABILITATE ARMSTRONG. He's just one of thousends of losers out there who give sport a bad name. Just because they are afraid to watch the loser in the mirror each morning, pathetic. Each sporter always has a will from its own, as simple as that. Who can't cope should take a shrink instead of pills.

Of course, there is an edge. But by FAR not as profound as in pure endurance sports. If a team acts tactically dumb and all in all is also technically in bad shape, they will rarely manage to simply outrun these deficits.

I know that it is only meant to be called football and that I deserve a bitch slap for calling it soccer. But I refered to it this way because I thought there might be Americans around in the comment section, who could misunderstand me.

he could have clarified, that going hungry does not mean to get undercarbed in a race week, but rather get the pure sugar in in a very small weight, instead of a bigger meal, that takes up quite some weight.

as he said never get undercarbed or u're fuked.

you are wrong.it does matter even in football(this is the real name)a team who runs more but is less technical can beat a better team.not every time but it's possible
