  • lance eats vegan now. read Rip Esselstyn's book 'Engine 2 diet'. Lance has his name and testimonial on the back.

If your eating shit, you have to eat less. If your eating high carb, low fat, you can eat as much as you want. Im living proof. 3% body fat. Check my main channel 'durianriders'.

  • I think he eats like a bodybuilder, but less, so

vegetable, fish, low fat meat, fruit, rice, noodles and in the evening... low fat curd cheese or/and nuts and an oat-meal in the morning...

That's what I eat an I do cycling and fitness and I am pretty lean so ... :D

Maybe your THUMBS would help so everyone who's interested in that question can read this

  • He didn't say shit of what you should eat.

  • Turn off that crap music! We can't hear what the man is saying..

  • I can hardly hear him with that shitty music so loud.

  • Dided the man dieded from aids?

  • they inject they dont eat Lance come clean you bastard

  • Maybe I need to look for a more suitible, healthy breakfast and lunch meals.

  • Caloric breakdown 50% carbs for glycogen, 20% unsaturated fats for heart/brain fuel, and 30% protein to rebuild/maintain

sugars during/after rides, complex carbs/starches rest of time

protein after rides, in the morning, and before bed

fats in the morning (nuts in your cereal/oats, flaxseed/fishoil supplement)

That's my diet and I bike about 200 miles/week, averaging about 20mph...also I'm vegan, so most all my protein comes from powders and lentils

  • @RYANcanada1 recover smarter

  • i bike but after i bike hard i need 4 days rest to be back at full. dunno how these guys do it.....wink wink
