One of the few safe places in a spiritually dark world ,Acts 2v38 and yes just as the Bible says believers speak in tongues, that is the ones born of the spirit .Those not born of the spirit will be judged according to their works,are you good enough?

@underGracetheBand : Try looking at the RCI and RF from the outside... I was with the RCI until a little while after the split in the 1990's... 16yrs! i was brought up in that church. Have a look at the definition of a cult, and THEN tell me its not. I admire the fact you believe so strongly in what you believe. Its admirable. But the way they control people's lives is very much like a cult. This is not the first time the RCI has split either... ever heard of the CRC?

RCI do not discourage people to seek medical attention. I have heard of many cases where the medical proffession are astounded by someone being healed by God. If the condition existed and is now gone, then this is proof. Check out the stories. Ask to see the medical files. I am sure healed people will be delighted to show you. My eldest son was healed from severe burns. One minute the doctors were arranging skin grafts. I prayed and immediately, right in front of their eyes, the burns were gone.

@laurzaroxz So because you don't do some things and do others you are not in a cult? You believe the whole bible and God? Other places believe them too just interpret it differently, like you. Theres lots of cults yours is not unique. Also just because you have 300 assemblys does'nt mean anything, what about groups that have way more than that? Stop following and start to lead.

I joined this cult in 1990 before the great split and stayed on for 12 years with the RF after the split in the USA group. This group is hardcore controlling, especially the terrible oversight in Fresno. They have created a hostile and joyless environment in Fresno that constantly compares themselves to the rest of backsliding Christendom. Of course, they are the ONLY ones preaching the truth, in the whole world lol, how ridiculous.

The RCI is different to everyother church beacuase we beleive god and everything in the bible. we all get batized and revcive the holly spirt with the evidence of speaking in tounges. we dont join with any other church like some do. and we have over 300 assemblys world wide.
