My first wingsuit jump

I went to Z-Hills Florida for 3 weeks from Dec 15-07 to Jan 3-08. I made a few wingsuit jumps with Jeff Nebelkopf (Designer of Tony Suit Wingsuits). I was also jumping with Chuck Blue (skymonkeyone), Purple Mike and Scotty Burns. There were a few more as well, but can't remember their names(sorry).

This is video of my first jump and I nailed it, as well as the ones that followed. I had such a great time that Jeff has now sold a suit and I'm going back to Florida ASAP.

Not bad for a first flight dude, not bad at all, i believe this was a Tony Intro ?. I see that this was few years ago, are you still into wingsuiting ? what suit do you have ?

@jadben Hey... you're a Nouvel Air skydiver if I'm not mistaken, right? I've heard your name a few times and think I saw you when I did my Coach 1 at Nouvel. I actually bought a Tony Suit Raptor after this, did about 20 more jumps and sold it. Oddly enough, I just bought myself a Phantom2 and plan to start up again in the spring. Are you a wingsuiter too? I'll definately try to head out to some of the MTL DZ's this summer. Trying to find the wingsuit crowd...

DUDE! that was super smooth for a first flight, I hope I fly that good my first jump when I start wingsiuting.

That camera angle when he is backflying and comes up to you from the bottom is SO SO SICK!

@noserider207 Thanks man. It's really not that bad, but like I said in a post below, some people get it much easier than others. There was another guy doing his training at the same time as me and had a very hard time getting it. He had twice the number of jumps I had at the time too. I just recently bought a wingsuit and will be getting back into it this summer. It's so amazing.

Get instruction, listen to it, and practice it all you can before you jump. How many skydives do you have now?

@csaindon sorry meant chute does it make more sense now?? well mostly there is a little safty systems that pulls the "chute" for you incase you don't open it at a certain hight there r only a few jumpers that don't use that system except in basejumping

@csaindon Yeah man, you got that straight, i'm the one ! Where do you jump at ? and when did you come do your C1 ? Actually i'm starting wingsuit as well, still not sure what to buy, either te Phantom 2, or T-Bird (from Tony Suits) Not many birds around here, wich is why i haven't really started much ealier.
