The TC Stereo Chorus / Flanger sounds like a high dollar studio processor. The TC SCF features a wide, linear frequency response (20-20K) to ensure the effect stays transparent and you get the full effect from the deepest bass note to the highest harmonics. The TC Chorus is thick and lush with just basic controls to keep everything simple. The Flange is huge and jetty and can be tamed down to a mild roar. The Vibrato effect is very cool. It is a bit expensive, and so much so I am prowling for a schematic. I know most of the "special" BBD chips these FX companies have "specially built" which is usually with a weird pin out SMD, etc. MN3004, MN3005, MN 3007 and a MN 3101 clock to run one of the others and some good old VCOs or Function gen and another clock and you are half way there. The 570 compander is also great in these. The 571 and 572 are noisier. Having a friend who etches boards helps! I can do it myself, but why!
