@Bullhauler79 He didn't retire in '89 after he rode for the win as well as for his friend Lane.
He took a break in '94 due to a neck injury in '93 that kept him from riding the entire year.
In '95 Tuff had his face smashed by a Bull by the name Bodacious. That didn't stop him though, he won the PBR World Champion even with a smashed face. In '96 he came in a close 2nd, and '97 he came in 3rd.
In '98 was his last ride, he was injured after getting thrown off. He retired in '99.

yeah bullhauler tuff rode for a few more years hell his accident with bodacious was in 1995
