I got an in-game mail from someone named Rumplestlzkn asking me to hit the Howling Hollow for an hour and see what kind of swag I could pull in.
Killing: Scion of Storm
My thoughts:
cons
- The mobs move very slow, and sometimes spawn on the ceiling, a lot of the time I found myself retracing my steps to loot. This slowed things down.
- You might not notice it on account of the 6x speed, but it was common to go 20+ seconds without seeing a mob, this slows things down.
- The respawn time although quick, was very random. I'd have mobs respawning on top of each other. Other times I had to cover a lot of ground to get in range of one.
- They die and drop a cloud which gives you 50% run speed increase for 10 seconds, this is a nice thing to have, It is also necessary seeing as how the mobs are so spread out.
- Killing multiple mobs in the same spot got annoying quick, the clouds they drop block the ground, and made looting tedious.
Little things, but its enough to turn me off farming this particular spot.
Pros
- The Relics of Uldaur drops on top of eternal airs, grays and greens, made for quick gold and at the end of the day, this isn't a bad place at all to farm.
- They do next to no damage, and that keeps repair bills low.
Here's the Break down.

+128g eternal air x8

Its hard for me to film in most of the more popular places, they're usually camped, and being on a PVP server this offers up some difficulties. No one wants to watch me gank or get ganked for an hour.
