Controlled haha, slow and controlled is probz the best way to head... quality of motion oppossed to burning out doing as many as possible its not a race

oh thank you , i hope this rutine work for me because, i dont know why , i been doing excercises some time but now i fell that i am more weak than before ..

Been doin' this for a week now, and I must say it's pretty cool after 8arms and 8abs, and a bit of skiing/running/rowing. pay attention to your diet , do thess like 45 mins a day and you'll feel better. and it's been a week for me:)
